It's COFFEE O'clock somewhere ...

When I go to bed I already know, what will be the first thing in the morning for me. I close my eyes and I can already smell the fragrance of fresh coffee I will drink. I fall asleep quickly cause I want the night pass by fast, so I can enjoy my every morning ritual. More then that, when I travel and if I am served nicely done delicious coffee, I always take shot of it and put it in my coffee album. As you can see the two pictures here are from LA Cuban coffee place. It was absolutely delightful Latte! If I had a private jet, I most likely will take a trip there, I feel it's well worth it. To me it is not only important to drink coffee as is, I really pay lots of attention how I do it. Believe it or not but for some reason it really matters. If you ask me, it really makes a difference how you drink it and where you drink it and what you drink it from.

ORGANIC. Just a Trend? Just a Word? Or the way of THINKING?

Organic! We hear it everywhere. It seems to be such an important word and for some the philosophy. But what is organic really and how the meaning of this idea changed and changes over generations?

Some thirty years ago I didn't notice anyone had to even emphasize it, mention it or differentiate it! Today we even hear about organic economy, clothing and thinking! Are we really that rotten? Has the world gone so bad? Why being such forward thinkers is forcing us to go back to the roots, to the base of where we actually came from? Is not it a regress? Shell we go back and think what and when things gone really wrong?

Juicy Story

One of the most famous writer in Poland wrote an epigram on health. He said that unfortunately we mostly cherish it when we already lost it. True or not there must be something about it. We tend to take things for granted and we think we are untouchable.

There is also another group of individuals who on contrary is very conscious and they prevent their well being from deteriorating before its already too late.

I am not certain to which of the group you belong but I have a story for either one of you.

When I was a kid I hated vegetables! Just thinking of eating salad made my face sour. I so much preferred meat and sausage from this boring veggies. I gave hard time to my parents who tried to make sure I am getting all the nutrients needed.

Today I look back and I realize, these were best veggies I could have consumed! Straight from my grandpa's garden. I couldn't get anything more organic then this!

Even though my parents and grandparents tried to make it most eatable, I wish back then Juicing would be as popular and recommended as these days. Since i cant get the time back, I will encourage you now to read my JUICY STORY after which you will enjoy juicing everyday.

So you think you can DANCE? part 1

Communication is a key in a human world. Speech is the way we transmit information our feelings and thoughts. Human being very quickly discovered the miracle of communication and even mastered learning foreign languages.

Grandpa's Bees Tales

When I am thinking of bee keeping I have a feeling it has been for generations in my family. My grandpa tales assured me that it was not just a marginal accent of folk life but it was also important and integral part of a family.

My grand grand parents who knew a lot about bee keeping and strongly supported this idea.

Keep Calm and Meet Natasha

She is a beautiful young woman, came to this country 19 years ago. She was really the first person I have met when I arrived to Seattle. When we were siting and chatting in her room I was wondering around and I saw so many items that made me feel warm. These subjects brought me nice memories from my childhood as well as they resembled me myself.

Savoir Faire - Knowing Proper Etiquette

The ability to behave in different situations has long ceased to be the exclusive domain of the upper classes. Today, this precious art proves to be indispensable at work, at social events, traveling and at your home. Good manners make life easier and help to win over the people.

Chernobyl Syndrome

As you know, I am working on my book. I thought I would reveal a small story of my life that have impacted it tremendously.  Enjoy reading!

It is nice spring day April 1986. I am 8 years old. Another day and it is time to go to school. Beautiful spring day, when everyone is excited not wear heavy coats and itchy sweaters anymore. I am walking to school enjoying the weather and like always meeting my friend Adele in the middle of my way. Our art class was about to begin so we were chasing one another, screaming and laughing. We knew that prior to our class we needed to make it to a locker room to change our shoes, as this was mandatory. At last, with our artwork completely wrinkled, we made it to our class and took our sits waiting for our teacher to arrive.

Patient Day

We have moved to AniaLive.com

The conference was excellent, and the ball was alluring and you would think that would be the final part of endometriosis mission. I was extremely delighted to discover that no one forgot about much less sparkly part of this gathering. I was pleased that no one forgot about ordinary patients who are out there waiting for the resolution.

Blossom Ball - New York

Blossom Ball 2014 was a beautiful accent of that evening. It is very Nobel to see numerous people supporting Endometriosis Foundation in America.  The ballroom was exceptional!

My Book about Endo

ENDO for ENDOMETRIOSIS
I know there are a lot of you out there, I also know you don’t even know it. You are probably looking for some answers, solutions and remedies. I know you may sit in your home dealing with it on your own, not being able to connect with anyone who would relate to you. I know you maybe taken for insane, lazy or always grumpy. You are probably very often tired. You may have visited several doctors, researched many studies just to find anyone or anything you would identify yourself with.

Good morning Seattle!

One of this mornings….you wake up, you open your eyes not sure what time it is  just yet, looking with your eyes half open and its cloudy, cloudy morning…ehh…. Weekend it is, so you don’t have to get up, you may stay in bed cover yourself with your soft comfy blanket and pretend you haven’t woken up yet. Naaah… I decided to get up, leave my warm bed, put my robe on, get downstairs, have nice warm cup of coffee followed with short morning run. Now I can tell you I didn’t regret it.

Walking the Market

Grocery shopping is probably not the most exciting errand but also not something we can escape. No matter how much we buy its never enough. And how many times it happened we forgot something even having the list on us? Ahh…. I decided to turn it into something more enjoyable. Since I know, that I will have to come home, unload the car organise all in the fridge and pantry, I need to relax prior to this. Being a woman is an errand itself but its well worth it I believe.
