It's COFFEE O'clock somewhere ...

When I go to bed I already know, what will be the first thing in the morning for me. I close my eyes and I can already smell the fragrance of fresh coffee I will drink. I fall asleep quickly cause I want the night pass by fast, so I can enjoy my every morning ritual. More then that, when I travel and if I am served nicely done delicious coffee, I always take shot of it and put it in my coffee album. As you can see the two pictures here are from LA Cuban coffee place. It was absolutely delightful Latte! If I had a private jet, I most likely will take a trip there, I feel it's well worth it. To me it is not only important to drink coffee as is, I really pay lots of attention how I do it. Believe it or not but for some reason it really matters. If you ask me, it really makes a difference how you drink it and where you drink it and what you drink it from.

ORGANIC. Just a Trend? Just a Word? Or the way of THINKING?

Organic! We hear it everywhere. It seems to be such an important word and for some the philosophy. But what is organic really and how the meaning of this idea changed and changes over generations?

Some thirty years ago I didn't notice anyone had to even emphasize it, mention it or differentiate it! Today we even hear about organic economy, clothing and thinking! Are we really that rotten? Has the world gone so bad? Why being such forward thinkers is forcing us to go back to the roots, to the base of where we actually came from? Is not it a regress? Shell we go back and think what and when things gone really wrong?

Juicy Story

One of the most famous writer in Poland wrote an epigram on health. He said that unfortunately we mostly cherish it when we already lost it. True or not there must be something about it. We tend to take things for granted and we think we are untouchable.

There is also another group of individuals who on contrary is very conscious and they prevent their well being from deteriorating before its already too late.

I am not certain to which of the group you belong but I have a story for either one of you.

When I was a kid I hated vegetables! Just thinking of eating salad made my face sour. I so much preferred meat and sausage from this boring veggies. I gave hard time to my parents who tried to make sure I am getting all the nutrients needed.

Today I look back and I realize, these were best veggies I could have consumed! Straight from my grandpa's garden. I couldn't get anything more organic then this!

Even though my parents and grandparents tried to make it most eatable, I wish back then Juicing would be as popular and recommended as these days. Since i cant get the time back, I will encourage you now to read my JUICY STORY after which you will enjoy juicing everyday.
